NO TITLE, NO SALVAGE TITLE
1972 Saab Sonett III and is BEING SOLD AS A PARTS CAR that has no Title.
The engine runs good, transmission is good and clutch is good but the hydraulic clutch master cylinder is froze at the clutch peddle. The car can’t be driven. The tires will hold air but are dry rotted.
The Sonett has been sitting for about 3 years with out running. I was able to start the engine 2 days ago an it ran great but the carb needs a rebuild kit. The engine has an electric fuel pump and fuel will seep around carb gasket seal.
Wiring is a mess but the ignition works and will start when you jumper the fuel pump wire to a positive source. I used a gas can with fuel to run the engine. There is no fuel in the make shift fuel tank in the trunk as shown in the pictures.
The tail lights and the dash instruments go with the sell. No guarantee the dash instruments will work mainly the tach and speedometer.
